Had a great time with friends! The location was spot on, right by the station, making it easy to explore. We visited the Kids Ninja Village and Togura Kamiyamada Onsen, which were both fun. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The amenities were basic but well-maintained. Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip!

One downside was the breakfast. the food was a bit cold if you ate later in the morning. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.

tokyu rei is a clean hotel with an excellent location. it’s right across from the train station, which makes getting around super easy. there's a bus stop next to it for trips to places like togakushi shrine. i loved that donki was next door for any late-night needs! highly recommend it!

The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan and super clean. The bathroom was nice, but nothing fancy. It had all the basics covered. Diving into the food scene around Tokyu Rei was a treat! Just a hop away, I found Handmade Sobadokoro Togakushi for the freshest soba, and Misoya had the best miso soup I've ever sipped! Plus, the staff were super friendly and kept my room spotless, making me feel right at home.

I had a very positive experience during my stay at Tokyu Rei. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. My room was clean and well-maintained, with a strong and hot shower. The location is unbeatable, just a 3-5 minute walk from Nagano Station and close to numerous dining and shopping options.

There is no on-site parking available.
