thank you for a really good stay. the hotel is modern and neat, has stunningly beautiful views of the mountains. magnificent and incredible location, it's set not far from the jr nagano train station and close to convenience store. the room is well-organised and good-sized and the bed is comfortable. very helpful and efficient people are working.

The employees at the hotel were affable. Location: the venue was near bus stop, department, shops, restaurants, bars, and and the railway station and bus terminal and buses to Zenkoji Temple, Snow Monkey park and Togakushi Shrine. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Top quality accommodation with a magnificent setting next to restaurants, the station, buses, and sightseeing spots. Excellent staff and management.

The interior here is nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, with good facilities and a great location near the laundry area.

The rooms are new-fashioned and compact, with good sound isolation. They offer a large variety of local dishes to try. - the staff are friendly and manage the nearby parking well. - the hotel provides great service, including offering extra blankets upon request.

The location here is fantastic, as it's just a brief stroll from C-One department store, and the surrounding area is wonderful.
